What is Sensor connector
The sensor connector is a connector used to connect the sensor and the controll system, some with cable, some without cable, generally , most of the industrial sensors need to use waterproof connectors, sensor manufacturers choose M12 connector , M8 connector, solenoid valve connector mostly.
The sensor connector is used to transmit the signal or data generated by the sensor to the control system or other equipment, and then the control system makes different execution commands according to the data sent by the sensor, and then sends it to the actuator to perform the execution action. In some control systems, the sensor only collect datas, and there is not necessarily an actuator.

For sensors with waterproof requirements, generally the sensor itself will have M8 connector , M9 connector, M12 connector , 7/8 connector and other male sockets of waterproof connectors, and the sensor connectors have female plugs for waterproof connectors.
